Property

We provide Complete Residential & Commercial building inspections with Xactimate XactScope estimates, photos and diagrams. Using Xactimate's newest tool, XactScope, our adjusters spend more time with your insureds which generates a higher quality estimate and more good will with your customer. No more complaints from the insured such as, "The adjuster was only here for 15 minutes." When the adjuster gets home, after inspecting several claims, they don't have to write the estimate - they're done! Now they can look at the photos and estimate to prepare the narrative. They upload the completed package to our management for approval and our clients get their claim reports faster.

Our adjusters label and identify each room so it connects with your insured, for example, Jimmy's room or Shelley's room, etc. This extra touch helps the insured feel we are treating them as a family instead of an impersonal claim.

NOTE:
At the beginning of each report we highlight any questions of coverage as well as old or unrelated damage. This is of utmost importance to the desk adjuster/examiner to be made aware of any contentious issues immediately.
